Terms of Service
TAT 1 day - 2 weeks, will communicate otherwise. WIPs will be provided, you may also request them.Payment & Refunds
- Payment with Paypal for now, bank deposits allowed if Australian
- Upfront payment: preferred for efficient and easy process
or
- Half-Half payment: first half of payment should be received after the first rough sketch/WIP and second half is received upon completion
- If you paid upfront, you have the right to a full refund if I have not started your commission yet
- You may request small changes but the final idea should be presented before the commission has begun, any new ideas will be considered a new commission, therefore an additional price can be added, or it can be refused completely
- You are entitled to a full refund if I withdraw from a commission due to personal circumstances
- You are NOT entitled to a full refund if you decide to withdraw from a commission and I have already started. I will refund half if I have only done the sketchOwnership & Rights
- Artwork editing may be allowed upon request
- You will receive the artwork un-watermarked
- Unless requested otherwise, I will be able to use your commissioned artwork for examples and to upload on social media
- You can reupload the work on social media with credit to me, mentioning my username or link in the caption
- Art and characters are for personal use only unless commerical rights have been explicitly requested and purchased; this means the art/oc cannot be
used for marketing/promotional material of any form
